How many people can fit under each tent?
This depends solely on how you choose to seat people; however, in order to answer the question in general terms: A 20x40 tent can fit up to 75 people; a 20x30 tent can fit up to 55 people; and a 20x20 tent can fit up to 35 people.

What is your payment policy?
We require that a deposit of $200.00 be made payable to American Tents and More. The deposit is required within one week from the time of booking to secure your date. Your balance must be paid in full by the time of delivery and set up. We accept cash, check, or money order.
What is the largest event you can accommodate?
We can easily accommodate events of up to 100 people. While our 20x40 tent is our largest tent, it is very common for larger events to reserve more than one tent in order to accommodate more people.
How do I qualify for free delivery, set up or take down?

How many people can comfortably fit around your round tables?
We always recommend eight chairs per table; however, you could always choose to seat less. In the past we have done events with 9-10 chairs per table; although based on our experience, we would not recommend it.
When can I expect my job to be delivered and set up?
The summer season can be very busy for us. Nevertheless, we make every effort to deliver and set up the day before the event in order to give you the time you need to put the finishing touches on any event decorations.
How far in advance should my event be reserved?
All bookings are different. However, if your event is scheduled for June, July or August it is best to reserve your date two months in advance.
What happens if my event must be cancelled?
If you cancel your event within 60 days you will receive a full refund. If your event is cancelled within 30 days or less you will only receive a 30% refund. You are allowed at anytime to postpone your event and apply the current charges to a future date subject to availability with no penalty.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds. If your event must be cancelled for any reason you will lose any payment received to date. However, we will make every effort to reschedule your event for another date if need be.
What color are your tents?
We strive to keep our tents in excellent condition both structurally and visually. All of our tents are solid white.
What kind of chairs do you have?
Our chairs are white resin chairs with arms. They are not folding chairs.
